Quality Control
Quality Inspection
All battery cells tests are passed 3 times testing before entering the warehouse, and we will testing again then arrange capacity division and voltage equalization before shipment. For battery packs we will testing the cells and arranging capacitive,voltage and IR balanced before installation. After installation, the battery packs will be aged and testing theperformance 2 times then arrange send out.
Factory
Our Production Line
Our factory has a large inventory of battery cells and some battery packs. The existing model batch orders can be delivered in 10-30 working days according to quantity, the general customization samples can also be completed in about 1-2 week. Most battery cells are in stock, they can be send out at the fiest time after testing and packaging.
